Hey, what's up... welcome to our Weight Loss Weekends site.

This is actually a crazy, fun, and cool idea I came up with that would help people to lose weight fast and in only a couple of days over the weekend.

The idea came about because I have noticed that so many people want to lose weight, but can't find the time, don't make the time, or just don't know where to begin.

Well I wanted to tailor this blog to people who would like to dedicate their weekends to losing weight because they just can't seem to get'r done during the week.

So, that's what this Weight Loss Weekend site is about.

We are going to talk about ways to cut back calories, burn more calories and lose more weight in 2-3 days than you ever thought possible.

How To Lose Weight Fast

You have to create a consistent calorie deficit so that you lose weight.

So, I don't want you to think that you can totally just cheat all week and do whatever the heck you want to and then get to weight loss weekend and expect that you're going to see great results.

What you may see is that you maintain weight or drop some fat, but maintain weight, and that's ok sometimes, but if you really want to lose weight fast, then you will have to make some changes to your weekly lifestyle.

I ain't saying you have to go crazy, but there are some changes you need to make.

Weekly Lifestyle Changes To Lose Or Maintain weight

1.  Eat breakfast everyday.  Even if it's just a yogurt and a piece of fruit.  You have got to eat something.  If you don't you're going to make your body more apt to storing fat.  You're metabolism will drop.  You won't have any energy.

2.  You got to replace high calorie drinks with low or no calorie drinks.  You'll be shocked at how many wasted calories you can save from just doing this one simple trick... and the health benefits you gain from dropping all that sugar.  (16 teaspoons in 1 can of pop or energy drinks)

3.  Eat fibrous veggies at least with two meals.

4.  Park at the back of the parking lot when going to work or any other place where you park and get out to go inside.

5.  Write down what you eat.  This little secret helped a friend of mine to break through the 230 pound barrier.  He just couldn't figure out why he plateau... So, I told him to do this... he lost 7 pounds over the next 3 weeks.
